A 20 year old family run Company decided to undergo a complete transformation of its structure, culture and the way it operated. This need for change was triggered by the new opportunities and large scale expansion the business was exploring, which could not have been managed with old practices. The Entrepreneur was seeking to professionalize his entire set up, with the intent of increasing his talent density to meet market demands. Our discussions led to the discovery of multiple problem statements. The direction was clear, the Company needed a make over of not just its people practice, but also its approach to achieving its vision and goal. We collaborated and integrated the business vision with simple processes, identified key stakeholders, empowered them as change agents who in turn became owners of transformation.
