The leading restaurant chain which operated in a plug and play model was expanding its outlets and competition was getting intense in the space. The intent was to integrate an elementary structure of people and business operations. A simplified format of HR policies and processes was designed to match the industry. Specific challenges came in the form of high attrition and lack of service orientation typical to hospitality industry. Employees came from semi-educated background and these challenges had to be addressed by way of periodic user specific training. We supported in rolling out awareness workshops that integrated Company orientation with clear performance measures and role expectations in the services industry.
