Synopsis
The 14 year old Company was in the business of designing and manufacturing lab furniture. It's core value proposition was in executing large scale projects across geography. Sudden increase in competition realized the circumstantial need to retain good talent and attract better ones from the market. A quick discovery led us to specific problem statements. We addressed this need through a holistic design model focusing on covering unmet needs of people and business.
