The Entrepreneur was introducing a bigger platform to the market place and that required an overhaul and managing of existing processes and talent density. We started by discovering specific immediate needs that would facilitate these objectives, then progressed to solving next set of challenges. The design involved changing roles, redefining performance expectations, identifying key stakeholders, building talent and setting up of people and business processes. We are in the midst of completing the engagement currently.
