Design a high wire Human Resources practice
The 8 year old indigenous boot strap Company was expanding its business operations globally. The need of the business was not just a set up of standard HR practice but defining innovation and excellence in it. The CEO's thought leadership on people was to set up a 'Platform' concept that is aligned to meet its business objectives. We seeded them in two parts. To begin with, we set up a team and a 'nut and bolt' HR practice that facilitated business operations. Progressively, we designed various other programs that resulted in high impact and engagement quotient with people, through the employee's life cycle. The resultant was reduced attrition, highly connected team and increased trust and brand value.
